Booking Policy

  • We do not provide any movie/OTT accounts.
  • Illegal/Prohibited contents are not allowed.
  • The booking period includes set up and check out time
  • Alcohol and Smoking NOT allowed
  • Fire Candles, Party poppers, Snow sprays, Cold Fire, Flammable objects and any other similar items are strictly prohibited inside the theater.
  • Carrying AADHAAR CARD is mandatory. It will be scanned during entry.
  • Couples under 18 years of age are not allowed to book the theatre
  • REFUND POLICY: Booking amount is partially refundable if we are informed about booking cancellation at least 72 hours before the booking. Refund is usually initiated within 24 hours and takes 5-7 days to be completed.
